Weakness: Horrible wi fi, MANY PROBLEMS STREAMING NETFLIX and hulu. Costomer support is horrible. Plays reg DVD with skips between scenes

My Netflix does not work for two months and samsung is saying they will fix it in the next two months with out shipping a new one out... Was going to furnish our house in samsung appliances and fill all the rooms with there tvs etc, but noway now... Junky blurry and support! GARBAGE!!!!! Spent 70$ on AT&T connect tek to have samsung finally admit they were having same problems with many others around the states. This all after three weeks of denying. No return  on my product!
